I have a facination with these eastern block cars so when I found this kit on Ebay I knew I had to have it. The kit is very basic about 20 parts at most. The kit is by a Czech company called Smer. The kit is 1/28 scale but looks close enough to 1/24 to me and it’s not likely there is another kit out there of this subject?? The paint is John deere green with rust done with Triangle Crafts Sophisticated Finishes.
